Terms and Conditions for Bidding
- You must register and start a session in order to participate in an auction or bidding.
- Full container shipments are auctioned with the merchandise specifications and photos are included in the offering. Partial merchandise purchases are not permitted!
- Physical inspection of the merchandise prior to the auction or bidding is not possible.
- We assume no responsibility for the quality or composition of the auctioned merchandise.
- Claims or returns are not permitted for merchandise that has already been auctioned.
- If the merchandise is damaged during or due to sea transport, inform us immediately so that we can notify the insurer of the damage.
- Auctioned merchandise is not marketed - customs-cleared, in free-trade zones, in port, or sometimes still on board ship.
- Winning bidders must pay immediately for the goods, using the method of cash settlement and immediate payment for the mechandise.
- In case of nonpayment, the breaching company will be eliminated from our registry without the possibility of re-registration and the merchandise will be returned for auctioning.
- Once payment is credited, the necessary documents for receipt of the merchandise will be immediately remitted. After that time, all expenses deriving from the merchandise - that is, expenses for pickup, storage, customs clearance in the destination country, transportation, merchandise insurance, etc. - will be paid by the buyer.
- If the item on auction is not sold within three days, a 50% discount will apply.
- Merchandise is sold by full load; no unit prices are included. However, for customs purposes an invoice may be issued with averaged unit prices.
- The bidding currency is the U.S. dollar.
- Matters not included here will be governed by the International Code of Direct Selling and any litigation may be settled at the International Court of Arbitration.
